The Boone Creek Angler’s Club is a private fly fishing outdoors club located off I-75 just minutes from downtown Lexington, KY. We are dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of the historic Boone Creek Gorge, and the spring fed creek that formed it. We believe proper education and managed access are keys to achieving our goals. BCAC members enjoy the use of over 2 miles of controlled access to Boone creek gorge and the world class brown and rainbow trout found in free flowing Boone Creek.

FISHING LESSONS

We are now offering fishing lessons with the help of Angus Miltons, experienced fly fisherman from Scotland. We offer a 3-hour class that will introduce you to the sport of fly-fishing. During the day we will cover all the basics; equipment used for fly fishing, basic knot tying, overhead casting, roll casting, fly selection and how to read water. You’ll walk away from the day ready to get out on your local stream looking like a pro.

One person $140
Two people $250

BCAC members also have the option to have Angus as a guide for the day on the creek and non members can have Angus as a guide at other locations.
